We will have a garden this year! Ms. Riggio was able to get seeds with part of a grant. The garden will be behind the school, and consist of raised flower beds with screens, so that the deer and other animals won’t eat our vegetables. The plan is to grow tomatoes, eggplant, carrots, onions, zucchini, pumpkins, cucumbers, and strawberries. The students planted a wildflower bed on the edge of the Nature Center.
